Can not transfer files to or from my laptop over bluetooth any more. Use to be able to. Stopped working after a recent hard drive replacement. Could also be related to the Android os update to 4.1.2 which happened around the same time, just not sure. I've looked on the Web for possible solutions. Pretty sure it's a driver issue but I'm at a loss as to how to fix it.

In the Company List choose 'Microsoft Corporation', not only Microsoft. - From the drivers list there may be one or more drivers with the name 'Windows Mobile-Based Device Support' with different driver versions. Select one or the latest.
- Ignore any warnings and keep pressing next and then Finish at last. If all goes well, the last screen will show the message that device driver is successfully installed. Now, after manually updating the driver for your bluetooth device, in 'Device Manager' when you click on 'Bluetooth Radios', it should display one more item which will say 'Windows Mobile-based device support'.
There are few more things that you want to pay attention to. If you have already added the device in your 'bluetooth device list' that didn't work, then remove the device and add it again. I realize this is an old thread, but thought I'd add another fix here for someone else having this issue. I could pair my IBomb bluetooth speaker to my HP Elitebook 840 laptop, but was not able to use it as I kept getting the 'bluetooth peripheral device doesn't have a driver' error. I tried everything short of reinstlling the O/S.
Installing the Windows Mobile Installer multiple times with no luck. Tried installing different versions of the Broadcom bluetooth drivers with no luck. Multiple reboots.was about to give up. Then I stumbled onto this post: and noticed the 4th instruction that indicated there could be an Intel Bluetooth Card or a Broadcom card. I couldn't tell what card I had so I chose the Intel driver since none of the Broadcom drivers worked and voila, the speaker connected and was playing Here's the link to the Intel Driver. I have all of the problems listed above with Windows 7 Professional and a pair of Beats Otium Bluetooth headphones.
I actually had it working, then, it stopped. I've deleted Broadcom drivers, Windows drivers, Lenovo drivers and reinstalled. I've paired with the headphones and hit properties and loaded all of the services. Nothing, nothing seems to solve the current problem which is primarily the fact that there is NO Bluetooth Headphone Icon under the Sound area. I just did it again, no luck. The Otium used to have 'Control' when you right click on the icon which took me to the 'connect' page.
